a very good risk assessment, I would advise on reviewing the spelling as I spotted two spelling/grammatical errors... simple things like "the" being spelt as "he"... Also in far right corner although you have stated that you will look after the main character you have not said how... Simple precautions like warm blankets, hot drinks and so on in between shoots would suffice.. other-wise very good...
